Dr. Uday Barad is a board-certified radiologist with subspecialty certification (CAQ) in Neuroradiology and more than 15 years of extensive clinical experience in diagnostic and interventional imaging. He currently practices as a Neuroradiologist and Body Imager at Baptist Medical Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee, where he is actively involved in clinical care, image-guided procedures, and resident education.
Dr. Barad has held academic and clinical appointments at several leading institutions, including Vanderbilt University Medical Center and Indiana University Medical Center. His training includes multiple advanced fellowships in neuroradiology, abdominal radiology, pediatric neuroradiology, head and neck imaging, and interventional radiology, providing him with broad and comprehensive expertise across imaging subspecialties.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Barad is an experienced researcher and author with numerous peer-reviewed publications in high-impact medical journals. He regularly serves as a radiology expert in multidisciplinary conferences, collaborating closely with specialists in neurology, neurosurgery, otolaryngology, and pulmonary medicine. Dr. Barad is board certified by the American Board of Radiology and holds a Certificate of Added Qualification in Neuroradiology.
